Beauriful but digging a little in my conch piercing. I had to chage it for one with a thicker band to ensure it doesn’t rotate when I sleep

Terrible design. Cannot screw the tiny row of jewels into the bar flat backing. Maybe with an extra set of hands? The jewel part should have the bar.
